People in various cities, including the national capital Delhi, faced a fresh bout of inflation last Saturday.

As per an official statement, the cost of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) rose starting at 6 am on Saturday. The price hike amounts to up to Rs 1 per kg of CNG.
This change will impact the retail prices of CNG in several cities across Delhi-NCR, including Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, and Rajasthan.
Latest CNG rates in Delhi-NCR
The statement mentions that following the recent hike, the retail price of CNG in Delhi now stands at Rs 75.09 per kg starting today.
Previously, CNG in Delhi was sold at Rs 74.09 per kg. Similarly, in neighboring cities like Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad, the price of CNG has also increased by one rupee per kg from today.
Consequently, the price of CNG in these areas has risen to Rs 79.70 per kg compared to the previous rate of Rs 78.70 per kg.
Prices are stable in these cities including Gurugram
Prices of CNG have been altered in several cities. Specifically, in Delhi and its neighboring areas, CNG rates have risen almost everywhere starting today, except for Gurugram and a few other locations.
Gurugram has maintained its retail CNG prices without any changes. Similarly, Karnal and Kaithal have also not experienced any price adjustments for CNG.
CNG prices also increased in these cities
In other cities, CNG prices have risen starting today. Rewari in Haryana, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, and Shamli in Uttar Pradesh, as well as Ajmer, Pali, and Rajsamand in Rajasthan, have all seen price increases.
For example, in Rewari, the price has gone up from Rs 78.70 per kg to Rs 79.70 per kg.
In Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, and Shamli, the price has increased from Rs 79.08 to Rs 80.08 per kg.
Similarly, in Ajmer, Pali, and Rajsamand, CNG is now priced at Rs 82.94 per kg instead of Rs 81.94 per kg.
