Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 Sales Ban Lifted Temporarily

Great news for Apple Watch fans! If you want to get the newest Apple Watch, you can easily buy it now.

A little while back, they stopped selling the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 because people complained about fake ones.

But now, a court in America said it’s okay to sell them again for a little while.

Apple Inc. got some good news from the US Court of Appeal in a case against the International Trade Commission.

The court said, “It’s okay, Apple. You can sell the Apple Watch again for now. The government can’t stop it.

But remember, this is only for a short time. We’ll decide more later.”

Apple had stopped selling these watches online on December 21 and took them out of their physical stores on December 24.

But why is this only for a short time?

Well, Apple can sell the watches again, but it’s just for a little bit. Apple asked the court not to stop them until the US Customs Department says if the changes in the watches are enough or not.

The US Customs will make that decision on January 12.

So, what does this mean?

Apple can sell the Apple Watch Series 9 and Ultra 2 until January 10. That means you can still buy these watches during the holiday season.

What’s the issue?

Apple couldn’t sell these watches because a medical company called Masimo said Apple copied their technology.

The US court agreed with Masimo, so they told Apple to stop selling the watches.
