Apple may ditch haptic buttons for iPhone 15 Series (See Why?)

As the launch of the iPhone 15 Series draws closer, Apple is preparing for its release amidst various speculations about its features and specifications.

Earlier reports suggested that the tech giant would be incorporating haptic buttons in the new models, but according to the latest information, the Cupertino-based company is considering abandoning this idea.

Reports indicate that production issues may cause Apple to exclude haptic buttons from the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Plus models.

Additionally, the reintroduction of physical buttons would streamline the development and testing processes.

Previously, there were speculations that Apple could replace the current mute switch with a new mute button.

Additionally, there are reports suggesting that the iPhone 15 Pro, the upcoming top-of-the-line smartphone, may have a titanium frame with a more curved design and a larger camera bump.

According to reports, Apple is currently developing an AI-driven health coaching service to aid users in enhancing their exercise routines, dietary habits, and sleep patterns.

This project, known internally as “Quartz”, involves multiple teams within Apple, including the company’s health, Siri, and AI departments, as reported by Mark Gurman of Bloomberg.

Apple is reportedly aiming to launch the paid version of the health coaching service next year.

However, according to sources, if the project fails to meet expectations, it could potentially be postponed or cancelled.

Additionally, Apple is said to be developing technology for emotion tracking and is planning to release an iPad version of the iPhone Health app in the near future.

Apple is reportedly developing an emotion tracking feature that will enable users to record their moods, answer daily questions, and track their progress over time.

Meanwhile, the iPad version of the Health app is expected to be announced at Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) in June.

According to reports, Apple aims to utilize algorithms to analyze user data, including speech and text, to understand their mood with the emotion tracking feature in the future.

Apple has introduced several features aimed at helping users monitor and protect their hearing health, including safe listening features, headphone accommodations, and sound recognition.

Additionally, Apple has provided researchers around the world with Apple Watch devices to aid in their exploration of new frontiers in heart health.

With the newly launched Investigator Support Program by Apple, researchers can utilize Apple Watch devices to further their understanding of the heart.

Currently, the Apple Watch is equipped with several heart health features, including notifications for high and low heart rates, cardio fitness tracking, irregular rhythm notifications, an ECG app, and a history of atrial fibrillation (AFib).
