Airtel has increased the price of its Rs 179 prepaid plan to Rs 199, the Rs 455 plan to Rs 599, and the Rs 1,799 plan to Rs 1,999.

Changes in Daily Data Plans

Airtel has revised its daily data plans to reflect the new tariffs:

The Rs 265 plan is now Rs 299.

The Rs 299 plan is now Rs 349.

The Rs 359 plan is now Rs 409.

The Rs 399 plan is now Rs 449.

The Rs 479 plan is now Rs 579.

The Rs 549 plan is now Rs 649.

The Rs 719 plan is now Rs 859.

The Rs 839 plan is now Rs 979.

The Rs 2,999 plan is now Rs 3,599.

Changes in Data Add-On Plans

Even data add-on plans have seen an increase:

The Rs 19 plan is now Rs 22 (1GB data for 1 day).

The Rs 29 plan is now Rs 33.

The Rs 65 plan is now Rs 77.

Industry Response

Reliance Jio recently announced its own tariff adjustments, marking its first increase in mobile tariffs in over two years, ranging from 12% to 27%.
