Air India recently revealed plans to introduce non-stop flights between Delhi and Amsterdam, extending the airline’s services to its eighth European destination.
The airline confirmed that the flight will be conducted using a two-class Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner.
The Flight will operate four times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, beginning June 11, 2023.
Air India’s recent efforts to extend its reach in Europe has led to the inclusion of Amsterdam as a new destination, marking the airline’s fourth addition to its European network in the last four months.
The inclusion of Amsterdam has increased the total number of non-stop flights available between India and Europe to 77 per week,
as part of the airline’s ongoing expansion strategy in the region.

The CEO and MD of Air India, Campbell Wilson, expressed his enthusiasm for the new non-stop flight to Amsterdam,
emphasizing the airline’s commitment to expanding its long-haul network and providing customers with increased options.
He noted that the new service, along with the three other recently launched European routes and others to follow, aligns with the airline’s goal of establishing Delhi as a major international hub.
Air India’s Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner will have a total of 256 seats available across both Business and Economy classes.
The aircraft will include 18 Business Class seats, each featuring fully flat beds, and 238 Economy Class seats.
Interested passengers can book their seats for the Delhi-Amsterdam flight through a variety of channels,
including the Air India website and mobile apps, as well as through travel agents and other reservation channels.
