Small SUVs are really popular in India right now. There are some new ones coming soon from brands like Mahindra, Toyota, and Kia. Let’s talk about them.
Mahindra XUV300 Facelift
Mahindra is getting ready to launch an updated version of the XUV300 SUV in the next few months. Then, later this year, they’ll release an electric version too.
The new XUV300 will look different outside and inside. It will still have the same 1.2-liter petrol and 1.5-liter diesel engines, but they’re adding an automatic option.
We’ve seen the electric version during testing too. It might cost less than the XUV400 and compete with cars like the Tata Nexon EV. They’re saying it might go more than 350 kilometers on one charge.
Toyota Taisor
Toyota might launch a version of the Maruti Suzuki Fronx soon, called the Taisor. It’ll be similar but with small changes in how it looks inside and out. It’ll have the same engines and gearbox options as the Fronx.
Kia Key
Kia might reveal the Clavis SUV globally by the end of this year, and it could come to India in early 2025. It’ll be bigger than the Sonet and have a cool design inside and out. It might come in electric, petrol, and hybrid versions.
