There’s a lot of interest in Royal Enfield motorcycles all over the country. Now, they’ve added the new offroading Himalayan 450 to the lineup, and it’s becoming quite popular due to its reasonable price.
This bike has a stronger engine compared to the previous model.
The company has also introduced accessories to enhance its features, and they’ve disclosed the prices for these accessories.
The Himalayan 450 and its accessories were unveiled at the Motoverse 2023, the largest Royal Enfield motorcycle festival.
Before its official launch, it was showcased at the 2023 EICMA. This new model will be competing with KTM 390 Adventure and the upcoming Hero XPulse 440 in the Indian market.
Initially, there are two sets of accessories: Adventure and Rally.
The Adventure accessories are the most extensive, including items like panniers, top box, pannier rails, top box mount, inner waterproof bag, windscreen,
and adventure seats for the rider and pillion. Royal Enfield has provided prices for all these accessories.
For the Rally accessories, prices have been disclosed for underbody protection and handlebar pads.
This lineup also includes interesting items like knuckle guards, single-piece rally seat, tapered handlebar, rear rally mudguard,
and extended rally gear lever, but their prices are yet to be revealed.
Other accessories available are ORVMs, engine guard, headlight grille, radiator guard, fancy oil filler cap, LED fog lights, and tail pack.
However, the prices for fog lights and the tail pack have not been revealed.
Now, talking about the prices of the Himalayan 450 variants in India, there are three: Base, Pass, and Summit.
The base variant comes in Kaza Brown and Slate Himalayan Salt colors, priced at Rs 2.69 lakh and Rs 2.74 lakh.
The Pass variant, with a Slate Himalayan Poppy Blue color option, is priced at Rs 2.74 lakh.
The top-spec Summit variant comes in Comet White and Hanley Black colors, with prices at Rs 2.79 lakh and Rs 2.84 lakh.
It’s important to note that these prices are valid only until December 31, 2023.
