Here a complaint can be lodged easily while sitting at home. UIDAI has said in a tweet that now it is easy to file a complaint through the Aadhaar Experience New Online Complaint Filing Portal.

He said that residents could easily file complaints and attach documents, and they will get support in both languages. He has asked people to visit http://myAadhaar.uidai.gov.in.

Follow these steps

Step 1: To complain, first of all, https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/ has to go to this link.

Step 2: After this, click on the File a Complaint option.

Step 3: Then, fill in the details like name, contact number, state etc.

Step 4: Now, the type of complaint has to be selected by drop-down. These include Aadhaar letter/PVC status,

Authentication issues, Enrollment related, Operator or Enrollment Agency, Portal or Application issues or Update related complaint options.

Step 5: After this, the category type has to be selected based on the type of complaint.

Step 6: Enter the captcha and click the Next and Submit options. Note down the complaint number for further reference.

Apart from this, you can also register a complaint through a toll-free number. The toll-free number of the UIDAI Contact Center is 1947.

It gives support in 12 languages. At the same time, a chatbot is also available on UIDAI’s website uidai.gov.in for Aadhaar and its related services. You can also take its help in case of any problem.
