HDFC Bank’s UPI (Unified Payment Interface) service will be unavailable on Saturday, August 10, 2024, due to essential system maintenance.
The bank has notified customers about this temporary shutdown through email.
When Will UPI Services Be Unavailable?
UPI services will be down from 2:30 am to 5:30 am on August 10, 2024. During this three-hour period, customers will not be able to access HDFC Bank’s UPI service.
Impact on Transactions
During the downtime, HDFC Bank’s Current and Savings Account (CASA) holders will be unable to perform
any financial or non-financial transactions through the HDFC Bank mobile app, Google Pay, WhatsApp Pay, PayTM, Shriram Finance, and Mobikwik.
Affected Transactions
Both financial and non-financial transactions will be disrupted for HDFC Bank Current and Savings Account (CASA) holders.
Transactions through the HDFC Bank mobile app, Google Pay, WhatsApp Pay, PayTM, Shriram Finance, and Mobikwik will be unavailable during this time.
UPI Transaction Limits
For HDFC Bank, the limit for person-to-person (P2P) transactions is Rs 1 lakh or 20 transactions per 24 hours.
