Performance and Efficiency
The Alto K10 is built on Maruti Suzuki’s updated Heartect platform and is equipped with a new-gen K-series 1.0L dual jet, dual VVT engine.
This engine delivers a power output of 49kW(66.62PS)@5500rpm and a maximum torque of 89Nm@3500rpm.
According to the company, the automatic variant offers a mileage of 24.90 km/l, while the manual variant provides 24.39 km/l. The CNG variant boasts an impressive mileage of 33.85 kmpl.
Enhanced Infotainment System
The new Alto K10 features a 7-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system, a feature previously seen in models like the S-Presso, Celerio, and Wagon-R.
Alongside support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, this system also offers connectivity options such as USB, Bluetooth, and Aux cable.
Additionally, the steering wheel has been redesigned,
now featuring mounted controls for easy access to the infotainment system.
Safety Features
Safety is paramount in the Alto K10, which comes equipped with anti-lock braking system (ABS) along with electronic brake force distribution (EBD) and reverse parking sensors.
It also includes pre-tensioner and force limit front seat belts, ensuring the safety of occupants.
Other safety features include speed sensing auto door lock, high-speed alert, and reverse parking sensors for secure parking.
The car is available in six color options: Speedy Blue, Earth Gold, Sizzling Red, Silky White, Solid White, and Granite Grey.
