Toyota, a car company, just released a new small SUV called Taisor in India. The Taisor is based on a model from Maruti Suzuki called Front.
Toyota renamed it the Urban Cruiser Taser. While it’s similar to the Maruti Suzuki model, there are some differences.
The Taser is the smallest SUV Toyota has launched in India, and they’ve released 12 different versions of it.
The outside of the Taser looks a lot like the Maruti Suzuki Front, but Toyota changed the front grille. They also added LED daytime running lights and new 16-inch wheels.
The Taser comes with a 9-inch touchscreen for the infotainment system.
It has features like wireless Android Auto, Apple Car Play, automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera, wireless charging, and smart connections.
For safety, it has six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), and child safety features like ISOFIX child seat anchorage.
Under the hood, the Taser has a 1.2-liter, 4-cylinder petrol engine and a 1.0-liter, three-cylinder turbo petrol engine.
These engines produce 90 horsepower and 113 Nm of torque. You can choose between a 5-speed manual transmission or an optional 6-speed automatic transmission.
The price of the Urban Cruiser Taser starts at Rs 7.74 lakh and goes up to Rs 13.04 lakh for the highest-priced version.
