When you’re checking in your bags for long flights, you might worry about their safety until you get them back.
But don’t worry anymore! Vodafone Idea (Vi), one of the country’s top telecom companies, has some great news for you.
They’ve introduced special International Roaming (IR) postpaid plans that come with baggage cover when you recharge.
Here’s how it works: If you’re traveling internationally and you recharge with one of these special plans, Vi will cover you if your luggage gets lost or delayed.
They’ve teamed up with an American company called Blue Ribbon Bags to provide this service. So now, Vi subscribers can travel abroad without any stress.
But hurry, this offer is only available for a limited time. Vi is offering this special deal to subscribers who are flying internationally before April 7.
If you recharge with selected plans before March 21, you’ll get complimentary coverage for your travel bags.
If anything happens to your bags, like loss or delay, Vi will compensate you with up to Rs 19,800 for each bag.
Vi users need to recharge with specific plans to get this benefit. It’s not available with all international plans.
This offer applies to plans costing Rs 3,999 with 10 days validity, Rs 4,999 with 14 days validity, and Rs 5,999 with 30 days validity.
Before your flight, make sure to register with Blue Ribbon Bags. If your luggage is lost or not found within 4 days, you’ll receive compensation.
