If you’re a farmer getting help from the PM Kisan Scheme, there’s good news! The government is giving out the 16th installment soon.
This scheme gives Rs 6,000 each year to farmers in three parts. They’ve already given out 15 installments.
The 16th installment will come on 28th February 2024. The money goes directly to farmers’ bank accounts every four months.
The last installment was given on 15th November 2023. This scheme started five years ago to help farmers with money.
Since then, over Rs 2.80 lakh crore has been given to more than 11 crore farmer families.
But, if farmers haven’t finished the e-KYC process, they won’t get this help. They need to do e-KYC and verify their land to get the money.
Here’s how to check your scheme status
1) Go to the scheme’s official website.
2) Click on “Know Your Status.”
3) Put in your registration number.
4) Type the captcha.
5) Give all your details and click “Get Details.”
6) You’ll see your scheme status on the screen.
