If you’ve been wanting to buy a really good smartphone, your wait might be over soon. Nothing is getting ready to release its new phone.
Nothing’s CEO, Carl Pei, has confirmed that the Nothing Phone 2a will launch in India on March 5, 2024.
The launch event is scheduled for 5 pm. The Nothing Phone 2a will be available for purchase on the e-commerce website Flipkart.
For the Nothing Phone 2a, the company has come up with a new tagline: “See the world through fresh eyes.”
This suggests that there might be an upgraded camera on the new device. It’s expected that the phone will have dual rear cameras.
Although the company hasn’t shared much information about the device, it’s likely that the Nothing Phone 2a will be a younger version of the Nothing Phone 2.
Sticking to their transparent design theme, the phone will come with a large battery.
There’s also speculation that the Nothing Phone 2a might be equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset.
However, the company hasn’t confirmed the details about the processor yet.
Features of the Nothing Phone 2a (Leaked)
1) The phone is rumored to have a 6.7-inch 120Hz OLED screen with a punch-hole cutout.
2) Leaked photos of the Phone 2a suggest that it will have a dual camera setup.
3) The phone will feature 50MP wide and ultrawide sensors, similar to the previous Nothing phone.
4) The Phone 2a could run on Nothing OS 2.5, which is based on Android 14.
