Xiaomi just launched its new earbuds in India, called Redmi Buds 5.
People have been talking about these earbuds for a while, and now they’re finally available. Let’s talk about what makes these Redmi Buds 5 special.
Xiaomi’s New Earbuds Launch: The Redmi Buds 5 come in Fusion White, Fusion Purple, and Fusion Black colors.
They are priced at Rs 2,999 and will be sold on Amazon India and Xiaomi’s online stores starting February 20th.
Features of the New Earbuds: These earbuds have 12.4mm dynamic drivers with a frequency range from 20Hz to 20kHz.
They come with features like Xiaomi Golden Ears Team, Vocal Enhancement, Terrible Boost, and Bass Boost through EQ sound effect.
The Redmi Buds 5 also have noise cancellation up to 46 decibels, meaning users won’t easily hear outside noise.
Xiaomi has included anti-wind noise algorithm, dual microphone, and AI noise cancellation.
These earbuds offer three different modes for noise cancellation and a transparency mode.
They support dual device smart connection, Bluetooth 5.3 low energy, Google fast pair, and touch control for connectivity.
The earbuds have a 54mAh battery each, providing 10 hours of backup.
The charging case has a 480mAh battery, giving 40 hours of backup. They also offer 8 hours of noise reduction.
Charging is done through a Type-C port, and Xiaomi claims that just 5 minutes of charging will provide 2 hours of music playback.
To protect against dust, dirt, sweat, or water splash, the earbuds use IP54 dust and splashproof technology.
