Hero Mavrick 440 is here: Today, Hero MotoCorp, the biggest bike maker in the country, revealed its new bike, Hero Mavrick 440. They showcased it at the Hero World 2024 event in Jaipur.
This bike is considered the most powerful and advanced one in Hero MotoCorp’s lineup. It was created in collaboration with Harley-Davidson and is based on the recently released Harley X440 Roadster.
Even though the company just introduced this bike, they haven’t told us the prices yet. You can soon book it, and they plan to start delivering it from April. Hero Mavrick 440 has a different look compared to the company’s other models; it’s quite attractive.
Power and Performance:
The Hero Mavrick 440 uses the same Harley 440 cc single-cylinder engine, producing 27hp power and 36Nm torque. This engine works with a 6-speed transmission gearbox that has a slip-assist clutch system.
While the main frame is from Harley Davidson, Hero MotoCorp used a 43 mm telescopic fork suspension, different from the Up-Side-Down (USD) fork found in Harley models.
This bike has 17-inch wheels and a ground clearance of 175 mm, unlike the Harley Davidson X440, which has an 18-inch front setup and 17 inches at the rear.
Variants and Colors:
Hero MotoCorp launched three variants of this bike: base, mid, and top variants. The base variant is only available in white with spoke wheels.
The mid variant offers alloy wheels and comes in two color options, while the top-spec variant features Bluetooth connectivity and diamond-cut alloy wheels.
Price Details:
Hero Mavrick 440 will be sold through Hero’s Premia dealer network, with three showrooms currently open. The company plans to open 100 dealerships by June.
Bookings for Hero Mavrick 440 start in February, and deliveries begin in April 2024. The price is not disclosed yet, but it might be lower than the Harley Davidson X440, which starts at Rs 2.40 lakh.
