Saturday, December 30, is a significant day for Ayodhya because Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the new airport and railway station in Ayodhya at 12:15 pm.
The airport in Ayodhya is named Maharishi Valmiki International Airport Ayodhya Dham.
Just before the airport’s inauguration, Air India Express has announced direct flights to Ayodhya from three cities on Friday, December 29.
The airline mentioned that direct flights will run between Bengaluru and Kolkata to Ayodhya starting January 17, 2024.
Additionally, Air India Express will operate direct flights between Delhi and Ayodhya from January 30.
What are the flight timings
Providing details about the flight schedule between Bengaluru and Ayodhya, Air India Express mentioned that the initial flight will depart at 8:05 am on January 17, reaching Ayodhya by 10:35 am.
The return flight from Ayodhya will take off at 3:40 minutes a day and arrive in Bengaluru by 6:10 pm.
The first flight from Ayodhya to Kolkata will depart on January 17 at 11:05 am, reaching Kolkata by 12:50 pm.
Additionally, the Air India Express flight will depart from Kolkata at 1:25 minutes a day and arrive in Ayodhya at 3:10 minutes a day.

Indigo has already announced
Today, on the 30th of December, PM Modi will reveal Ayodhya’s airport. On this special day, the first Indigo flight is set to depart.
However, the company has explained that regular flight services will begin from January 6, 2024.
Indigo plans to commence flights between Ahmedabad and Ayodhya starting January 11, 2024.
