MG Motor India Unveils Exciting Year-End Offers on Popular Car Models

MG Motor India is offering special deals at the end of this year. If you buy an MG car in December, you can save up to Rs 1.50 lakh.

The biggest offer is on the midsize SUV Aster, where you can save Rs 1.50 lakh, including an exchange offer of Rs 50,000 and benefits of Rs 1 lakh. This offer is available until December 31 or until the car is in stock.

For the full-size SUV Gloster and the electric SUV ZS EV, MG is giving benefits of up to Rs 1 lakh, plus an exchange bonus of Rs 50,000.

The popular MG Hector has benefits worth Rs 50,000, and there’s also a discount of Rs 65,000 on the newly launched electric car, Comet EV, which has become the company’s best-selling electric car.

Comet EV Features and Specifications

The Comet EV comes with a 17.3 kWh battery pack, 42 PS power, and 110 Nm torque. It takes 5 hours (10-80%) or 7 hours (0-100%) to charge with a 3.3 kW charger.

The car offers a range of 230 kilometers on a single charge, and the cost of running 1000km is claimed to be Rs 519.

The design is similar to the Wuling Air EV, with compact dimensions (2974mm length, 1505mm width, 1640mm height, and 2010mm wheelbase).

It has a small turning radius of 4.2 meters, making it suitable for busy roads and tight parking spaces.

Interior and Technology

The MG Comet EV features a 10.25-inch screen, touchscreen infotainment system, and digital cluster.

It supports device pairing for music, turn-by-turn navigation, weather information, and real-time traffic updates.

The car comes in four colors: Bay (blue), Serenity (green), Sundowner (orange), and Flex (red).

Platform and Wheels

The Comet EV is built on the GSEV platform, designed for urban commuters. Despite its compact size, it may appear a bit fragile.

It has 12-inch wheels with a tire size of 145/70, disc brakes at the front, and drum brakes at the rear.

Pace Variant Features

The Pace variant shares the same design, battery pack, and range as the other variants.

It features two front windshield wipers, auto ORVMs, steel alloys, halogen lights, a manual key with lock-unlock buttons, a trunk button, chrome handles, and speakers on both sides.

The instrument console is replaced with a single screen displaying all necessary details, including music controls.
