Open Post Office Business with Huge Monthly income for Just Rs 5000

If you’re interested in starting a business with a government connection and want to earn money every month, we have a simple idea for you. You can open a franchise with the Post Office.

Currently, there are around 155,000 post offices in the country, providing various services such as money orders, stamps, stationery, postal services, and small savings accounts.

India Post has introduced a franchise scheme to expand post office accessibility, allowing individuals to earn money by opening their own post office.

This is particularly beneficial in areas where post offices are not readily available. There are two types of franchises offered: outlet franchises and Postal Agents franchises.

You can choose either of these options, and there’s also an opportunity to become a Postal Agent delivering stamps and stationery door-to-door in urban and rural areas.

The Post Office Franchise Scheme allows individuals to open a post office with a small deposit and by following a straightforward process, making it a successful business model.

Requirements for taking a franchise

1) The person should be at least 18 years old.

2) No family member should be employed in the post department.

3) The individual should have an 8th-grade pass certificate from a recognized school.

4) To apply for a franchise, you need to fill out a form and, upon selection, sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with India Post.

Investment and Security Amount

1) The investment for a franchise outlet is relatively low as it primarily involves providing services.

2) More investment is needed for a Postal Agent due to the purchase of stationery items.

3) A minimum office area of 200 square feet is required to open a post office.

4) The minimum security amount to open a post office franchise is Rs 5000.
