New Residential Scheme Near Noida Airport Unveiled by Yamuna Authority

They are building a new airport in Jewar, and the Yamuna Authority is planning to start a new housing project close to the airport.

People usually choose to live near bus stops, subway stations, or train stations for convenience and easy access to facilities.

This is exciting news for those who want to live near the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar.

The Yamuna Authority will take over 1100 hectares of land for this housing project.

They have a plan ready for this, which will be sent to the district administration. Once approved, the land acquisition will be announced officially.

The new housing project by the Yamuna Authority will be developed in Sector 5 of Yamuna City.

Half of the land in this sector will be used for individual plots, and the other half will have housing communities.

The plan includes 2000 residential plots for the 50% designated for individual plots.

Many housing projects have already started near the Noida International Airport. The demand is high, with more applications than available plots.

For example, a housing scheme 10 km away from the airport had 1184 plots, but 40,000 people applied for them.

Due to this demand, the Yamuna Authority is now planning to create a new residential sector.
