Moradabad Development Authority is actively working on the well-planned growth of Moradabad.
Recently, they have introduced four schemes: Amrit Kunj, Gati Shakti Nagar, Samriddhi Bihar, and Vishwakarma Hot Scheme.
These schemes are available for everyone, offering plots and houses for residential purposes.
Although the official launch of these schemes has taken place, online registration will start from November 22.
To book, individuals need to pay 10% of the property price online through the Janhit portal of the application.
Following this, a lottery and auction process will commence. During the allotment, 20% of the amount must be paid,
and after depositing a total of 30%, individuals will receive the allotment letter for their plot or house.
