Safety Features of Maruti Baleno
The Maruti Baleno comes with safety features like 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), hill-start assist, a 360-degree camera, EBD with ABS, ISOFIX child seat anchorage, a reversing camera, and rear parking sensors.
It has four variants – Sigma, Delta, Zeta, and Alpha, starting from Rs 8.38 lakh. It competes with Hyundai i20, Toyota Glanza, Tata Altroz, and Citroen C3 in India.
Features and Specifications of Baleno
The new Baleno has a wider front grille with a honeycombed Pantange grill. It features wider headlights with projector units and a new three-element LED DRL signature.
The backside has new C-shaped LED tail lights and a redesigned rear bumper. The length is 3990mm, width is 1745mm, height is 1500mm, and the wheelbase is 2520mm.
Inside, the Baleno has redesigned AC vents, a free-standing touchscreen infotainment system, and a new instrument cluster.
The front seats are new, and the steering wheel has a new design. It is equipped with a 1.2-litre, four-cylinder K12N petrol engine generating 83bhp and another 1.2-litre dualjet petrol engine producing 90bhp.
There are manual and automatic transmission options, and the Baleno CNG has a 1.2-litre dual jet petrol engine generating 78ps and 99nm peak torque.
The premium hatchback comes with a 360-degree camera, a 9-inch SmartPlay Pro Plus touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Android Auto
