On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi handed out appointment letters to 51,000 new hires across the country.
These individuals were chosen for various positions in different government departments.
Prime Minister Modi, while congratulating the new employees, stated that this jobs fair has brought transparency to the entire system, instilling confidence in the youth regarding the recruitment process.
He also mentioned that the time it takes for the recruitment process has decreased due to this initiative.
The job fair was held online, and the Prime Minister interacted with everyone through digital means.

He noted that many industries are growing rapidly, leading to increased job opportunities for the youth.
In which departments did the youth get jobs?
The job fair took place at 37 locations in the country on Saturday. During this event, newly hired employees received appointment letters in various government departments at the national, state, and union territory levels.
These young individuals have secured employment in different ministries, such as the Railway Ministry, Postal Department, Home Ministry, Revenue Department, Higher Education Department, School Education and Literacy Department, and Mantralaya.

As per the PMO (Prime Minister’s Office), the job fair is a special effort to support the Prime Minister’s goal of creating more jobs.
It’s anticipated that this job fair will play a significant part in offering job opportunities to young people and contribute to their growth and progress.

This portal allows young people to get training and learn new skills.
