American tech company Nothing has just introduced the Nothing Phone (2) as the successor to the earlier model, Nothing Phone (1).
Additionally, they’ve released a fresh software update, NothingOS 2.5 Beta 1, based on Android 14, for their latest device.
This update is currently being rolled out to selected users to address any existing bugs.
Because the NothingOS 2.5 update is in beta testing, not everyone will receive it through an over-the-air (OTA) update.
To access it, users must actively enroll and become part of the beta program. With this update, users can expect new widgets on the home and lock screens, along with various interface improvements. The update also includes a new screenshot editor and menu.
Here’s how to get the new update
1) If you own a Nothing Phone (2) and wish to experience the latest software update, you must join the beta program.
2) To join, visit the nothing.community website and sign up.
3) If you’re already part of the program, you can download the update by navigating to your phone’s Settings, then System, and finally System Update.
