Amidst ongoing tensions, Air India is providing relief to its passengers traveling to and from Tel Aviv, Israel.
The airline has decided not to charge passengers for canceling or rescheduling their flights to the city.
This decision comes after Air India had previously canceled flights from Tel Aviv to India until October 14 due to recent events.
The airline, which is a part of the Tata Group, announced this customer-friendly move on its social media platform X (formerly Twitter).
Air India clarified that passengers who had booked tickets for Tel Aviv flights before October 9, with travel dates up to October 31, would not incur any fees for ticket changes or cancellations.
