The surprise launch has occurred in the UAE and Guatemala markets, marking an upgrade from its predecessor, the Galaxy Tab A8, launched in 2021.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 has made its debut on Amazon UAE and Samsung Guatemala, featuring an 8.7-inch display boasting a 800×1340 pixel resolution and a 60Hz refresh rate.
The tablet delivers immersive audio experiences with dual speakers tuned by Dolby Atmos and 3D sound support, all encased in a sturdy metal body with a boxy design. The rear panel sports a single circular camera.
Under the hood, the Galaxy Tab A9 is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset, accompanied by 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, expandable via a microSD card.
