Honda launches Upgraded 2023 Hornet 2.0 Bike in India: See Price and Features

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India is consistently updating its popular motorcycles, and now they’ve introduced the OBD2 Compliant 2023 Hornet 2.0.

This new version of the Hornet 2.0, designed as a street fighter, comes with an ex-showroom price of Rs 1,39,000.

It’s available in attractive colors like Pearl Igneous Black, Matte Sangria Red Metallic, Matte Marvel Blue Metallic, and Matte Axis Gray Metallic.

The updated model boasts a muscular design, eye-catching graphics, and a roomy fuel tank.

The OBD2 compliant engine not only offers strong performance but also good fuel efficiency.

Sporty Look and Features

The 2023 Hornet 2.0 is equipped with LED headlamps, LED winkers, and X-shaped LED tail lamps for better visibility.

It features a premium short muffler, alloy wheels, and a split seat that adds to its sporty appeal.

Its aerodynamic design ensures a smooth ride, even at high speeds.

The split seat and tank-mounted key enhance the street fighter style while providing rider comfort. The aluminum-finished foot pegs add a stylish touch.

Advanced Features and Safety Focus

The bike features a fully digital crystal instrument panel with advanced information display and adjustable brightness.

It includes petal disc brakes at both ends and single-channel ABS for enhanced safety.

The Hornet’s unique upside-down (USD) front fork sets a new standard in the sub-200cc motorcycle category.

The 2023 Honda Hornet 2.0 is powered by a robust 184.40 cc, 4-stroke single-cylinder BS6 OBD2 compliant engine, producing 12.70 kW power and 15.9 Nm torque.

It also features an assist and slipper clutch for smoother gear shifts and improved rider safety. Multiple sensors and components enhance its emission performance.

Tsutsumu Otani, President and Managing Director of Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, expressed that the company is upgrading its products to meet new government regulations.

The OBD2 compliant 2023 Hornet 2.0 aligns with these efforts. Since its launch in 2020, the Hornet 2.0 has received tremendous positive feedback.
