Lectrix EV revealed the LXS Moonshine Special Edition electric scooter, a tribute to India’s historic moon landing on August 23, 2023.
This limited variant, a spin-off of the standard Lectrix LXS, features the same design.
The commemorative model bears a golden emblem depicting two arrows pointing skyward, symbolizing India’s space achievements.
The emblem is an updated version of Lectrix’s brand logo.
Unchanged Mechanics and Design
Mechanically, the Lectrix Moonshine retains its standard specifications.
It offers an 89 km range on a single charge and boasts a 48-volt advanced lithium-ion battery paired with a 1200-watt electric motor.
With a maximum speed of 50 kmph, the scooter can accelerate from 0 to 25 kmph in just five seconds.
Recharging the battery fully takes approximately three to four hours.
Features and Braking
The Lectrix Moonshine sports tubeless tires and rides on 10-inch front and rear wheels.
It incorporates drum brakes on both wheels, equipped with Combi-Braking System (CBS) for enhanced control.
Telescopic front forks and rear coil springs handle suspension duties efficiently.”
