The company has introduced a range of budget-friendly electric scooters, marking a big step towards sustainable mobility.
The lineup includes the S1 X+, S1 X, and S1 X (2kWh), alongside updates to the existing S1 Pro and S1 Air models.
With these additions, Ola now boasts five distinct electric scooters, two of which are priced under ₹1 lakh.
Early birds who book the S1 X (2kWh) before August 21 will snag it for just Rs 79,999. Bookings are open starting from August 15.
New Electric Scooters: S1 X+ and More
Ola recently phased out its S1 electric scooter, leaving the S1 Pro and S1 Air as its sole representatives.
However, the company has surprised the market by launching the S1 X+, S1 X, and S1 X (2kWh), reinvigorating its range.
Moreover, it has breathed new life into the older models through updates.
Enhanced Range and Features
The Ola S1 Pro, equipped with a 4kWh battery, boasts an impressive range of 195 km.
It achieves this through its 11 kW motor, reaching a top speed of 120 kmph and accelerating from 0 to 40 kmph in just 2.6 seconds.
For the S1 and S1 K, the certified range is 151 km, supported by a 6 kW motor.
Accelerating from 0 to 40 kmph in a mere 3.3 seconds, these models reach a top speed of 90 kmph.
The budget-friendly S1 X also offers a 151 km range, while standing out with a spacious 34-liter boot.

Pricing and Offers
Ola’s pricing strategy positions the S1 Pro starting from ₹1,47,499, with the S1 Air commencing at ₹1,19,999.
The S1 X+ comes in at ₹1,09,999, while the most affordable S1 X EV is attractively priced at ₹99,999.
The introductory offer for the budget-friendly S1 X (2 kW) is an even more appealing Rs 79,999, available until August 21.
Glimpse into the Future: Ola Electric Motorcycle
During the launch event, Ola Electric previewed its upcoming electric motorcycles set to hit the market in 2024.
With their futuristic design and premium appeal, these motorcycles, named Adventure, Roadster,
and Cruiser, are poised to compete with established players like Ultraviolette in the Indian electric two-wheeler space.
MoveOS 4 Software Update
Starting September 15, Ola will roll out the MoveOS 4 software update for its electric scooters.
This update promises extended battery range, along with a host of new features including enhanced security options, garage mode, tamper alerts, location sharing, and a “find my scooter” feature, further enhancing the user experience.
