IITs record Higher Placement with Students Bagging Rs 50 lakh CTC in 2022

Indian Institute of Technology or IIT colleges had recently had placement sessions. Hundreds of companies from India and outside India participated in IIT colleges across the country, and the students were given handsome salary packages.

Some students have also got salary packages up to 2 crores.

But the number of such students is significantly less whose salary package is in crores.

The number of students reaching 50 lakhs has also been mentioned as significantly less.

IIT colleges included Delhi, Mumbai, Roorkee, Madras, Kanpur, Guwahati, etc.

IIT colleges come in the country’s top educational institutions, and every year the placements in these are in the headlines.

Because in IIT colleges, students get offers from the most prominent companies, both domestic and foreign, in which the salary package reaches crores of rupees.

But a report has said that the number of students who have a salary package of 50 lakhs or more this time is significantly less.

According to the word of HirePro campus recruitment expert team, only 5.5 percent of the total students are the ones who got a salary package of 50 lakhs or more.

The number of these students is only 960.

The campus recruitment expert team, HirePro, has analyzed the data of placements in IIT colleges in 2022 and has concluded.

The analysis revealed that 54 percent of students got a salary package ranging from Rs 10 to 16 lakhs.

These include 7020 students in the top tier and 2,250 students in the next level.

The analysis states that 11 percent of the top deck and 40 percent of the students in the following story got salary packages of up to 16 lahks per annum.

Recently the placement session at IIT Madras was over.

Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras, one of the premier higher educational institutions of the country, has bagged packages of over Rs 1 crore for 25 students in the placements of the current academic year.

A total of 445 offers have been received by the students of this institute this year. These include pre-placement recommendations.

This is the highest number of requests for the institute in the first round of the placement session.

This figure is almost 10 percent more than the previous year.

Similarly, in IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, IIT Roorkee, etc., the end of the placement session was also announced recently.
