Army Ordnance Corps Recruitment 2023:
Army Ordnance Corps, Ministry of Defense has issued notification of recruitment 2023 for Tradesman Mate and Fireman posts.
Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the vacancies by visiting the official website aocrecruitment.gov.in.
Through this recruitment drive by the Ministry of Defense, more than 1700 vacant posts will be filled.
As per the official notification, Online has been started from 06 February; Eligible candidates can fill out and submit the online application form till 26 February 2023.

Qualification required for application
Matriculation (Class 10th) pass or equivalent examination pass candidates from a recognized board can apply. For the post of Tradesman, ITI Diploma in the relevant trade is required.
If we talk about the age limit, then the age of the eligible candidates should be at least 18 years and a maximum of 25 years as on 26 February 2023.
Relaxation in the upper age limit will be given to reserved category candidates per government norms.
Selection Process
The selection of eligible candidates for the posts of Tradesman and Fireman will be made based on performance in two phases. These include Physical Tests (PET/PST/PMT) and Written Tests.
After all the qualifications and eligibility, the candidates appointed to these posts will be given the pay scale according to the 7th Pay Commission.

Fireman: Rs 19900 to Rs 63200 under Level-2
