Spanish car manufacturer SEAT has launched its new electric scooter in the electric scooter segment.
The name of this entry-level electric scooter of the company is Mo 50. This is the second e-scooter of the company.
Earlier, the company launched the Mo 125 electric scooter at the EICMA event a month ago.
This electric scooter is based on the Silence S01, which is available internationally.
SEAT claims that the Mo 50 will offer a range of 172km on a single charge.
Mo 50’s battery and riding modes
The Mo 50 is powered by a 5.6 kWh battery and a 7.3 kW motor. It delivers around 9.7 bhp power.
The company claims that the Mo 50 can deliver a range of 172 km on a single charge. There are three modes for riding in it City, Sport, and Eco.
For underpinnings, the SEAT Mo 50 comes with a preload-adjustable monoshock at the rear and telescopic forks at the front. Disc brakes have been used at both ends.
Did not reveal the price
SEAT still needs to disclose the price of the Mo 50. It is believed that its sales will start in early 2023.
This electric scooter will be launched in India sometime soon. But whenever it enters the Indian market, it will compete with TVS iCube, Bajaj Chetak, Ola S1, and Ather 450X.
