Hero Xpulse 200T 4V:
The country’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer Hero MotoCorp has launched its new bike XPulse 200T 4V, in the country.
The new model has a more advanced four-valve engine and some cosmetic changes. The ex-showroom price of this bike in Delhi is Rs.1,25,726.
How is the engine?
To give power to the new Hero XPulse 200T 4V, a 200cc BSVI 4-valve oil-cooled engine has been given.
It generates power of 19.1PS at 8,500 rpm and torque of 17.3 Nm at 6500 pm. It gets a 5-speed gearbox.
Compared to the Xpulse 200T 2V, the new engine generates 0.7bhp and 0.2Nm more power and torque, respectively.
The company claims that this four-valve oil-cooled engine improves the motorcycle’s performance at higher speeds.
The new 5-speed gearbox unit gets an advanced gear ratio, which gives better tractive effort and acceleration.
The bike has 37mm front forks and a 7-step adjustable mono-shock suspension at the rear.

For braking duties, the new Hero XPulse 200T 4V gets a 276mm front disc brake and 220mm rear disc brake, along with single-channel ABS.
17-inch cast alloy wheels have been given in Xpulse 200T 4V, which gets 100/80 and 130/70 section tires at the front and rear, respectively.

The new XPulse 200T 4V bike is available in 3 color options – Sports Red, Matte Funk Lime Yellow, and Matte Shield Gold.
It has a circular full LED headlamp with a chrome ring and LED position lamp.
The bike gets a colored visor, front fork gaiters, colored cylinder head, and tubular pillion grab.
It has also been given smartphone connectivity, call alert, turn-by-turn navigation, under-seat USB charger, gear indicator, side stand engine cut-off, and a fully digital LCD instrument cluster.
Will compete with Honda CB 200X
Only one variant of the Honda CB 200X is available, which costs Rs. 1.49 lakhs.
CB 200X gets a 184.4 cc, four-stroke SI BS-VI engine, which produces 16.99 PS power at 8500 rpm and 16.1 Nm torque at 6000 rpm.
