Train operations in Gorakhpur are undergoing adjustments for the enhancement of passenger convenience and smoother operations.
This is due to the ongoing remodeling of Gorakhpur Cantt yard and the commissioning of the Gorakhpur Cantt-Kusmhi third line.
As a result, from August 7 to August 30, 2023, there will be significant changes in train schedules.
Cancellation Highlights
Numerous trains will be affected during this period, with some being canceled, rescheduled, and even diverted.
A total of 40 trains will be canceled on various dates, while eight trains will experience delays.
Moreover, the routes of 11 trains will be diverted to ensure a smooth transition.

Banaras-Muzaffarpur Train (12538): Canceled on August 07, 09, 14, 16, 21, 23, 28, and 30.
